The apps for my physical, spiritual and mental health.

It is so weird for me to write this blog just in the middle of digital detox, with hugely limited time on social media. So even using my phone for more than calling or texting is limited as well.

Yet, I can see the power of some apps I have downloaded and I use, and which totally serve their purpose.

That’s why I decided to answer your questions and share with you 9 apps I am using for my mental, physical and spiritual health.

Physical health

MyFitnessPal

https://www.myfitnesspal.com/

I have used that app for over 4 years. Yes, it is amazing at tracking almost everything: food, nutrition, macros, calories, workouts, and your fitness progress. It has a huge database with foods from all over the world – believe me, I am Polish and I eat foods from all over Europe. It can scan also barcode of all foods you buy. It has an extremely easy way to type in your own recipe with giving you the exact breakdown of macros, calories and whatever you wish in the serving size you provide. It helped me in every way on my fitness path to the bodybuilding stage, to the professional racing and beyond. However, I would lie if I wouldn’t say that this type of tracking may be very addictive and obsessive. So please use your own discernment and use it as a tool, not as an indicator of your worth!

Clue

https://helloclue.com/

This is an app to track my menstrual cycle. I simply love it. You can use it to track what the app is suggesting, like emotionality, mental state, pains, temperature, cravings, fitness activity. You can also add many more options to track. It gives me a very clear picture where I am with my cycle, and the data are securely saved in their system so I can log in from any device I want. For those of us who are nerds, a beautiful thing about this app is that the Clue Team does a lot of research (Clue Research Innovation Program) and blogging about actual data and information related to menstrual cycles. By visiting their page, you can read so much more, ask questions and find the help you may need.

Kindara

https://www.kindara.com/

Kindara is the fertility awareness app, used primarily to monitor ovulation and fertile window. It is used as a natural fertility method. You can track as many data as you want, including the most important for its role: cervical discharge and body temperature. I use it mostly as a visual version of the Clue app, to see my body’s physical function. It is so easy to use, and so colorful 😊

Mental health

Spirit Junkie by Gabby Bernstein

https://gabbybernstein.com/shop/spirit-junkie-app/

I love this app. Very simple yet so mentally grounding and reminding me about taking care of the hygiene of my own thoughts. Every day, at 11:11am I get a beautiful mantra which brings me back to the present moment, allows me to take few breaths in, and be grateful for who I am and what I have at that moment. Definitely, a powerful tool to use for your mental self-care.

Pocket Casts

https://www.pocketcasts.com/

That is my iTunes version for Android. I use it to collect all my podcasts I want to listen to. It allows you to download them to your phone to listen to in the off-line situation. As an Android person, I am very loyal to this app. It is easy, very clear and well organized. It is a paid app, but so worth the price.

Spotify

https://www.spotify.com/us/

Shake it, shake it! This is my ‘dance, move and fun’ app. Everyone knows it. It is an app to listen to all the music – worldwide. What I love about it is that you can create your own playlist and then share it with anyone you want. You can send it to your girlfriend so you both can shake that booty, or to your client as a tool for the transformation they are working on. Music is an amazing remedy and energy healer!

BTW, this is one of my favorite playlists:

Spiritual health

Insight Timer

https://insighttimer.com/

I think, in my humble opinion, that this is the best meditation and relaxation app ever. It not only has guided meditations, but also relaxation music of any kind and talks on a wide range of topics in the spirituality field. It offers a variety of courses, tools to relax, ease anxiety or sleep better. The artists are amazing and from all over the world, so the app offers also exposure to different cultures. You can bookmark what you like, rate the experience and even submit questions directly to the artist. I use it for guided meditation or as simple as background music to my own practice or during work. I use it to do my Yoga Nidra routine and for my ceremonies and rituals. This app almost never closes on my phone. Another wonderful fact about it is that you meditate with thousands of other people at the same time and you can let them know about that. Wow, the world is truly getting smaller and smaller. How magical is that! Definitely, worth of your try.

1 Giant Mind

https://www.1giantmind.com/

I downloaded this meditation app to participate on 12-day course on learning how to meditate. After that the app offers another challenge – 30 days. I love the simple way of guiding me through the process. Even though I may be little more advanced, but wow, this 12-day course taught me so much. Well, we are learning all our lives, right? The website offers also podcast and…. the certification program to become a meditation teacher! How cool is that!

Bliss

https://bliss31.com/

This app is a very cool tool for those of you who don’t journal via the classic way, pen-to-paper, but rather want something digital. I used it for a while and I actually adopted a few ideas from the app and transferred them to my written journal. I personally believe that there is real magic, intrapersonal communication, and processing while writing thoughts and reflections on the paper. And I am a true ambassador of that way of journaling. However, I know that not everyone may be able to either carry their journal with them or spend extra time writing. This app is very beautiful, and have many options to bring your attention to the present moment and reflect. Go ahead and try it! You won’t regret!

Hey, that would be it!

I am so curious which apps are you using for your physical, mental and spiritual health?
Or which one did you download after reading this blog?

2018: The year of pure transformation and life-changing lessons.

I was about to start this blog with a very plain title “The teachings of 2018”.

However, I thought that I’ll start with these life-changing conclusions first and elaborate on them next:

1. Slowing down is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of huge personal responsibility and strength.

2. Choosing differently every day is the most powerful tool ever.

3. Love is for free – you don’t need to do anything for it, you don’t need to work for it either!

Footnotes:

1. Boundaries are crucial.

2. Know your fears even the most shameful ones.

3. There is light in a tunnel, but you need to ask for help first and keep walking.

Conclusion:

I am ME, just the way I am and I will never be able to make everyone happy around me. Even if tried, I could end up making myself miserable before others and they are still not going to be happy.

.

The biggest awakening came in my relationship, where I am still learning what unconditional love is. I dreamt about it since I was a little girl, yet never had any clue that one day I will be purely afraid of it. The fact that someone can love me for just who I am, without me needing to work for it, do things in return, become someone else, or fake it till I make it – is mind-blowing.

Love is for free. FREE.

And it comes from every angle of the life – no need to chase it, no need to be approved for it, no need to look for. No need to be different, too!

.

I learned how to say NO, set healthy boundaries and secure my own space for my own self-care and sanity. All done in the most loving way possible. Was everyone ok with that? NO, of course not. And that was totally fine with me.

.

I also learned that the only thing I am truly capable of doing is to make myself happy without expecting others to do it for me. It is just not fair to do so.

I started this year with fighting with extreme bulimia and depression. I wanted to be well. I knew that it’s out of my integrity to coach others battling with such disorders yet being affected myself so deeply. I needed to see the light in the tunnel… which I couldn’t for a long time. The help could come only when I asked for.

I understood that I have a free will, and nobody is going to cross that border unless I permit them to do so. This when “I need help” came out of my mouth and when it was delivered. Was is fast? Not at all. I learned in my life that things which are meaningful need real and affectionate work, with love, compassion, and acceptance. And all will happen at its own pace!

.

This brings me to December this year when I decided to step back, slow down and rethink a lot of things in my life, especially my business, job, mission and life purpose. It was hard at first because I, as many of you, was wired to hustle, advertise, promote, chase and work hard for every single penny and client.

It was one of the most wonderful lessons to learn that slowing down is actually an act of strength and integrity.

I’ve never put something on social media that wasn’t sincere. If I’m having a bad day, I don’t say much. Because privacy is part of authentic wellness. And because I’m committed to offering hope- and love-bringing content. I go through the issue, I learn from it, I bring out the lessons from it and then I share it. I am a guide and teacher.

.

Last, but not the least, is that I recognized the deepest fears of mine. Even writing them here makes me feel still ashamed and little uneasy. But I know how sharing them may help me and some of you who can resonate.

I am afraid of being happy, loved and successful.

Yes, I am. I didn’t realize until the end of this year how manipulation, procrastination and self-pity are huge in my life. I use them to protect myself in the most ‘artificial’ way. My ego feels safe when it’s in control. Experiencing pure love, happiness and success wasn’t in my cards in the past. When I see the huge opportunity for them in any form, my mind panics and retract. It feels afraid! And it does anything to not feel that way!

.

Today I know that in 2019 my major goal will be to step out of that comfort zone and experience what’s meant for me!

That means – self-trust is the theme for next year!

.

So, cheers to the 2019!!!

.

  • What is your theme for 2019?
  • What are your lessons from 2018?
  • What are your goals for 2019?

I am HERE. I am NOW. I am
ME. ❤

Where is this freaking self-love coming from?

How many times did you ask yourself that question?

I did at least a million times.

I saw all these beautiful posts, mantras, affirmations, illustrations, quotes, poems, books and posters, and all I did was nodding my head and repeating after them – ‘oh yes, yes, I know… yes, I love myself, yes, I care about myself’ – over and over again.

Oh gosh, how they didn’t resonate with me.

Oh gosh, how they didn’t sound familiar to me at all.

The more I immersed myself into it, the more frustrated I was getting.

What is all about that self-love?

How one can freaking actually love themselves?

It simply didn’t click at all.

I felt at times, like either my mind didn’t get it, or I did something wrong, or simply – self-love doesn’t exist. It was all blurry-type of marketing fame and that was it all.

I was actually right, at least with the first part of my statement. My mind didn’t get it because self-love is not mind’s job. Period!

Honestly, anytime my mind started spinning its chatter, I seriously needed to seat with it and make sure it shuts up so I could do my thing.

I was also right with the second part of my statement, that I was doing something wrong.

I was actually doing everything upside down, and all over again. I got myself in such a bundle of wires and knots that there was no way to see it through. I got to that point that I needed to scream loud to ask for help. I was doing all of it wrong, including self-help tools I intenden to use.

Self-love is the easiest thing ever if we let it be!!!

Self-love, as the name indicates, comes from within. WITHIN!

Read that again. From inside of you!

It doesn’t come from artificial affirmations which someonetold us to use, and you have no clue even how to embody them.

Self-love doesn’t come from a million self-care practices, amazing spa weekends and red roses.

Self-love doesn’t come from being needy and expecting others to make you happy. How unfair is that!

So where is it coming from, huh?

Here is my answer:

I was looking for self-love in money and a great job. And it didn’t show up. I was looking for it in validation, cuddles and external love from boyfriends and it didn’t show up either. I was looking for it even in the healthy lifestyle industry, by being fit, eating well, looking sexy, desired and admirable…. Well, it didn’t show up in there as well.

The more I was ‘looking’ for, the more I was discovering that it may actually not exists.

The beautiful self-love, that one I truly desired, and wanted to be a part of my life, was nowhere to be seen.

How did I want the self-love to show up in my life?

  • I wanted to be depression-free so I could have life purpose to get up every day.
  • I wanted to be suicidal-thoughts-free so I could appreciate the gift of life.
  • I wanted to be bulimia-free so I could be grateful for the body which did so much for me every day.
  • I wanted to be self-hatred-free so I could freaking finally love myself.

Purely. Unconditionally. Confidently. Authentically. Joyfully.

It came to me.

It came in a form I would have never expected.

Oh, how sad and mad, frustrated and angry, disappointed and upset I was.

And at the same time, how relieved I felt. How happy, truly, purely, authentically and joyfully happy!

It came in the form of the love from WITHIN.

❤ The moment when I cried feeling sadness, but I sat with it to understand why I was sad.

❤ The moment when I was alone with myself and stayed there to experience who I was.

❤ The moment when I joyfully danced and jumped in the park knowing that this made my heart smile.

❤ The moment when saying ‘NO’ was a blissful experience.

❤ The moment when I saw my depression as a cry of my soul to be loved and appreciated.

❤ The moment when the most important relationship I wanted to nurture was with myself first.

❤ The moment when my childhood abuse memories were coming back and I thanked them for showing up.

❤ The moment when I rebuild the connection with my Inner Child and saw her pain caused by me.

❤ The moment when looking at my naked body wasn’t filled with willingness to self-violate anymore.

❤ The moment when I was literally apologizing for every part of my body for abusing it for so long.

❤ The moment when I got my first period after over 15 years of faking it and getting rid of.

❤ The moment when I enjoyed being braless because I finally loved my femininity.

❤ The moment when I became a friend with my pain, weakness and mistakes – being grateful for their teachings.

❤ The moment when I literally could touch, smell and even taste my own blood knowing that this is freaking me.

And that will be me. Until I die.

Did I want to treat myself and my Inner Child in the abusive way as I was abused in my past?

Did I want to waste my body, my soul and heart because I didn’t see it as it ‘should be’?

No. Not anymore.

I understood.

That was me. That is me. Whole. Unique. Myself. With my ebbs and flows. With my vulnerabilities and superpowers. Enough. Loved. Joyful.

Me. My body, my cycle, my blood, my creative being!

Me. Naked. Dancing. Braless. Beautiful. Blissful. Sad and happy.

All of it and even more. ME.

This is a pure love I was longing for all my life!

It came to me!

And I was ready for her!

I want to express here the deepest gratitude that most of it wouldn’t be obtained without the help of amazing coaches and mentors I had on the path to rediscovering myself and ‘finding’that love which was truly always here, within. With some of them, I worked in person, being a part of their programs and tribes, and some of them impacted me very powerfully via their books, materials, podcasts and self-expression viadifferent platforms.
Zlata Sushchik, Melinda Collins, Samantha Skelly, ElizabethDiAlto, Claire Baker, Danielle LaPorte, Gabby Bernstein, Red School with Alexandra Pope & Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer as the founders, Lisa Lister, and many more I haven’t listed, yet being so empowering on the journey to my own femininity.

You got this beYOUtiful! ❤

My daily rituals of self-care

I get asked more often what I do during my morning and evening routines. I get curious questions about what makes me feel grounded, rested, taken care of and recharged for my day to come. Many mysterious pictures of my ‘rituals’ on my social media platform bring more attention than ever.

What are the self-care practices of a busy and successful woman, and a life, love and spiritual coach?

Let me start by defining what actually self-care is. In my book “The True Identity” [publishing in Summer 2018] this is a big part of the process towards rediscovering your true potentials and authentic self. How come, some of you may ask?

Self-care is not limited to this what the modern world is assuming is enough and considered necessary. Massage, face mask, the visit to the spa or hot springs, haircut or manicure are some of the most practiced ones. How little of the actual self-care is that, though.

Self-care is the care of ‘self’, as the phrase says by itself.

The ‘self’ consists of the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical component.

Taking care of your physical body only is not enough for the well-being of the ‘self’. The new haircut won’t make you feel rested, recharged, beautiful inside and out and confident without the care of your self-talk, attitude, daily affirmations, thinking process, actions and connection to the higher ‘self’. There is much more into feeling nurtured and energized than a manicure. There is a way more beautiful way to feel worthy without an expensive weekend at the spa resort.

The total self-care must consist of the actions and practices towards nurturing all aspects of the person you are. Anybody of you can list right now plenty of things to do to take care of your physical body. However, what can you do to take care of your mental, emotional and spiritual ‘self’ today?

My rituals and routines

Every day, I start my day with washing my face with cold water, while giving myself a pep talk with plenty of positive affirmations and mantras. Then I prepare a tea and a water with apple cider. I drink them during my morning, as I don’t eat breakfast earlier than noon.  Sometimes I play some relaxing music during that process, sometimes I am in silence listening to birds outside.

Then I proceed to my sacred space, which is a little corner in my room, with my white meditation pillow, altar, and all magical tools. The space you want to create (altar, tools, pillow, candles, incense etc.) is purely personalized. You make your space and place the way you want. Don’t let anybody tell you what MUST be there and what not, it is your own calling, taste and creation of what you want to have in your sacred space. Make it cozy, comfortable and pretty. Use it as an expression of yourself.

I burn the candles and incense, I meditate (whatever style I feel like doing), and I do breathe work. There is no time limit for me unless I have other obligations to do afterward. But those don’t stop me from doing it at all or don’t make me rush as well. I set the intention each time to just be and to ground myself so I can go into a day and show up fully. That way the practice, no matter if it’s just 5 minutes or 30 minutes, is beautiful, relaxing, grounding and opening my mind and heart to whatever day brings.

After that I journal. I journal what my meditation brought up. I journal every day the gratitude, my blessings, and abundance.

I also draw the card from whatever card deck I am called to, either tarot or oracle cards. I love them and I have pretty big and beautiful collection of them. I play with them at any time I feel like. In the morning if I have a question, or I am concerned or wondering what to do that day. During the day when I want to have a little break between clients or activities, so they take my mind away from the worldly concerns and bring me back to the present, to the art they display or messages they show me. They are my personal tools to ground me and bring awareness to the beauty around.

During a day I make sure I have frequent breaks. I work with people, outside of the house and from the house so it could be very demanding to be on the go all the time and then not have a break. It may sound luxury and many of you will tell me that I am lucky having a possibility for a break. I created that myself, so you can do as well. I needed to because the hustle and constant work were bringing me closer to burn out rather than to being productive and loving what I do. I love my job and I want to show up fully energized and positive to it.

Breaks give me a little breather and benefit to recommit to myself and be more focused afterward. During my breaks, I can do some of the following: a little walk, water the plants in the garden, listen to motivational video or relaxing music, play with the tarot cards, get a snack, take a power nap, stretch, dance or text a friend.

Many times, I simply do nothing and I found that the best practice ever. I lay down on the floor and just stare at the ceiling. I don’t think and I am just breathing and being. I love this simple, free tool to reset! Try it yourself! It is extremely powerful!

In the evening my time is shorter, as I am more tired and I want to make sure I get 7 hours (or more) of sleep a night. I journal on how my day was, what and how I felt, on some realizations, some reflections and gratitude. I don’t start and finish a day without a gratitude. That is a big part of my routines.

Sometimes I have time to meditate, but if I don’t I simply reset by seating still and getting few deep breaths in and out. Many times, I do that in a bed too, finished by a simple “Thank you for today’s day”. That makes my day perfectly finished and beautiful, despite the circumstances.

In the evening there is time for me to read a book, though. Reading a book is a major part of my mental and personal development.

As you can see, all four aspects of the ‘self’ are being covered by my daily routines.

Anybody can do that, including YOURSELF! It is totally workable and doable. It may require some reorganization and arrangement around your day, shortening some activities or getting up 15 minutes earlier, but it is totally manageable.

If you would like to get some help with that, let me know. I help women with not only finding the sacred time for themselves but most importantly with finding who they truly are and what they actually want from life! Is it a boyfriend and husband, or a business, or maybe creating boundaries with their families? Whatever it is that you need to become the true and unlimited version of yourself, I can show you how!! Once upon a time…… – the childhood memories of mine!

*** What made you happy when you were a kid? Find out and do that now. Seriously, go. Now.  ***

Someone recently said that whatever you were doing, effortlessly and joyfully, as a kid, that might be the clue to who you really are, who you want to be and what you truly want to do in your life. That could be your true passion!

Finding passion is not an active act of searching for, scrolling down million of pages, stalking others and copying the most successful person. Passion is something what you were born with, what you innately have within you and the only action you need to make now is to tap inside of you, listen and follow it.

But the question many of us have is how to do that?

My first response to that question is by simply giving yourself space and time to silence yourself, listen to that voice within you, feel and see what sparks you up.

However, to help you out little more, I would love to share this story with you.

As a kid, little Izabelka, I loved sacred moments, space and rituals. My mom told me that praying, going to the church, reading books and chanting them in the little corner in the bedroom, while kneeling and creating a little ritual around it was my thing. I could spend the entire afternoon by simply being with myself and spiritual beings. Whom I was talking or chanting to, nobody knows. What I was feeling and experiencing, nobody knows as well. Not even me. But I definitely loved it.

In meantime, I was a very responsible person of others and myself. I took good care of my younger siblings already at age of 3. I was quiet and peaceful. I was extremely kind and super helpful. I was serving others until I saw their happiness and smile. Because their smile was giving me the smile on my own face.

Since I remember, I lived my life by the saying ‘treat others as you want to be treated, love others as you want to be loved, be kind to others as you want to be kindly perceived, be honest as you want others to be trustworthy.’

I was extremely smart and humble. I was sensing others feelings and was very quickly ready to help them. I was an empath and sympathizer. The hurt, unfairness, and abuse to others were hurting my heart, too.

I loved flowers so much! I loved candles. I had my own altar, too.

The more I look at that Little Girl, the more I understand my life passion and purpose now.

There is nothing else more beautiful, magical and enlightening to me than helping others. There is nothing more nurturing than seeing others beautiful souls blooming and expanding. There is nothing more joyful than creating the world changes I want to see at every corner of this planet. There is nothing more aligned with me than being kind and loving to every human being, no matter the circumstances. There is nothing more freeing than loving people just the way they are. Because everyone is good at heart, and I always believed that. I always saw that in everybody’s eyes, no matter how dark they appeared at first.

There is nothing more lighting me up than the true, real, raw, vulnerable, and authentic self. The true identity of all of you. The one we innately have within.

This how I discovered who I really want to be, how do I want to live my life and what makes my soul feel at best. The feeling of being aligned with my highest purpose and myself.

Who did you want to be when you were a child?

How did that manifest in your adult life?

What did you dream of?

Did you follow your passion?

How does that look like to you now?

How would that look like if you were to follow it?

There is something truly magical happening when we tap into the childhood memories and connect with the Inner Child. There are so many answers there. There is the entire guide book there for us, accessible at any time and for free!

How do you feel now?

I love you, beautiful soul!

I am HERE. I am NOW. I am ME. ❤

I am HERE. I am NOW. I am ME. ❤

I am not enough! I am unworthy! I hate myself. IS THAT YOU?

I am happy for you today, though!

WHY? Hear me up!

As a beYOUtiful coach, I help women committed to finishing their struggle with any relationships in their lives; the romantic ones, the job-related ones, the family ones and the most important one, the relationship with themselves and their bodies.

I work with women who:

  • Don’t believe in themselves
  • Lost their worthiness
  • Feel that they are not enough
  • Are feeling tired of pleasing others
  • The worry of what others will say
  • Are afraid of judgment and rejection
  • Are feeling lost in their own lives
  • Have no clue who they are
  • Have no idea what they want to do
  • Can’t imagine how to move on
  • Are struggling with self-hate and self-love
  • Who has fear of not being loved
  • Have enough of the situation they are in
  • Who can’t imagine they may be successful.

Is this YOU?

When I started seeing that women who reached out to me were seeking the freedom, the lightness and alignment with themselves, feeling totally lost, miserable and stuck in their recent lives, I couldn’t help but interact with them.

I couldn’t help but hear their deep cries!

I wanted to find out what makes a woman, so many of us, feel unworthy, not enough, with no energy, drive, and motivation, despite the fact that every single of you could tell me today your dreams.

What makes you feel hateful towards yourself?

Why don’t you like your body, your actions, yourself?

Why don’t you see who you are?

Why don’t you believe you could write a book, run a company, have a loving partner and family, be happy as a single woman, or have plenty of non-toxic friends?

I hear you telling me:

  • ‘I hate myself, I can’t see myself in the mirror’
  • ‘I hate my body and how I look like’
  • ‘I can’t possibly do that’
  • ‘I am not enough’
  • ‘I never could do that so what does it make you feel I could now?’
  • ‘I am not smart enough’
  • ‘I don’t have resources to start up my business’
  • ‘I always date bad guys’
  • ‘I am not meant to have a family’
  • ‘My parents told me that I will never succeed’
  • ‘I am not confident at all and never will be’
  • ‘There is no way anybody can see me as attractive’
  • ‘I dieted all my life, I hate my body for what it does and how does it look like’
  • ‘I am so ashamed of myself’
  • ‘I can’t get naked in front of my partner’
  • ‘How can I love myself?’
  • ‘I never knew who I am actually’
  • ‘I need to always take care of others first and I have no time for myself’
  • ‘I don’t deserve that’
  • ‘I was always told to not be seen or speak up’.

I hear you!

I feel your pain!

I see your situation!

I imagine the struggle!

I am sad seeing the enormous beauty in every single of you, yet you hate herself.

I am sad seeing the strength in you, yet you feel totally weak.

I am sad seeing the opportunities for you, yet you don’t believe in yourself.

I am sad seeing the attractiveness in you, yet you feel unworthy of love.

I am heartbroken seeing you being stuck in the life you don’t even know how it happened.

I am sad because I know how that feels; being lost, self-hateful, heart-broken, abused and used, and not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. It didn’t feel freeing at all. It didn’t feel empowering at all. It didn’t feel like there is anything in this life for me.

However, I am happy because I freaking know how much energy, power, strength, drive, and motivation you have.

I am happy because I know deep inside you are simply done with being where you are.

I am happy because I see the spark inside of you which just waits to be ignited.

I am happy because I know you are READY NOW!

I am happy because I know there is a way out for you!

There is the way out!!!!

This is your deepest SELF simply talking to you NOW.

This is the message from the Spirits, Divine, Universe and all Gods just for YOU!

beYOUtiful lady, you are ready!!!

Type “I am ready” and let’s rock this new life together!

You got this beYOUtiful! ❤

P.S. beYOUtiful is ‘cooking’ something behind the scene. Her scientific mindset creeps in and she is so eager to experiment, create some mysterious mixtures and magical nectars. The vibrations in her ‘lab’ are powerful. The outcomes seem to be more and more beautiful. The mission is to bring to the surface unbelievable colors of the matter which is called ‘The True Identity’.

What is going on in there?

What’s behind the scene?

The energy created by the high vibrations of preparing something so beautiful and gentle, powerful and free, is giving me the biggest joy, I have ever experienced.

The letter to my gift and my life purpose

Dear gift,

I haven’t had any clue for a long time what is my life purpose, what is my gift!

I haven’t had any idea why I am here.

So many times, I wanted to disappear and just leave this life.

But also, so many times I got back,

to the present moment,

to the awareness of my mission,

to the unknown life purpose,

to that, someone wanting or needing me to be.

The unclear mission, blurry life purpose, questionable gift, and the unknown path.

Asking so many times….

Why me? What for? What is there? Who am I? how do I do it? When is my time? What is it? Where should I be? How should I show up? How could I serve? How could I see that I am meant to be here?

Am I?

Today I sit and all I know is

that I am the one in seven billion,

that I am unique,

that there are nothing and nobody like me,

that I am loved, that I am supported,

that I do care about my soul,

that I do care about your soul.

Today I know there is a wonderland and wonderment where we all belong.

I know that my life wisdom, experiences, and lessons are my true gift, which is seen as soon as I stop hiding, putting the mask on and speak up.

That’s the moment when I feel I have a gift – the gift of a true identity seeker, uncovering something that was brutally kicked into the corner – myself and yourself!

My mission is to show every single woman that she is not who she is now, that she is not who she should be or other told her to be.

However, there is a danger warning here;

Once you uncover who you truly are, real things happen and huge changes are coming – the changes which are dangerous to everyone around you, especially those you were trying to please, make happy, or those who were trying to make you small.

My gift is to create the earthquake in your life,

My gift is to initiate the tsunami in your mind,

My gift is to extend the storm in your soul,

My gift is to ignite the fire in your heart,

My gift is to open the valve to flood your potentials with the unlimited energy.

My gift is to change the way you see, hear, smell, taste, feel and sense anything in your life, including yourself. Because I can see the person you are hiding behind.

And if I can see her, that means she exists!

That means she better come out for the highest good of this life, for the highest good of her life!

Dear gift,

Serve me well so I can create that explosion in every women’s hearts so they can become finally who they really are!!

Love you beYOUtiful ❤

Dump those motivational fitness photos…..

“This is my remedy for depression.” “This is my happy space.” “This is the place where I feel most comfortable!” Do these statements sound familiar?  Often, these words are paired with a picture of dumbbells, or a treadmill. Perhaps we do this subconsciously, but it emphasizes that the ONLY happy place for us is at the gym. I am guilty of this as well. I have been there, seen it, and done it! I used to think that the gym was the happiest place on the planet. How mistaken I was!

I recall miserable moments at work. The only thing I could think about was going to the gym. All I wanted to do was a heavy workout. It was my safe place, where I could hide away for three hours a day. It was my only escape from the misery, discomfort and challenges at work.

As soon as I thought about my morning and evening cardio session (before the bodybuilding show), I could physically sense the goosebumps on my skin. I was obsessed with becoming leaner and leaner. It got to the point where I couldn’t even hold my own body, due to an overwhelming lack of food (eating 800-calories a day is not exactly “healthy”). Regardless of what I was putting my body through, I was ecstatic! I could see my veins and muscles, and I was down to 6% body fat. This was my “dream”, or so I thought…

To this day, I still get anxious whenever I think about not being able to race due to an injury. I feel like I’ve lost my best friend. Despite this, I push, perform, and force my body to run. I lift and do 222 burpees. Without this, I feel like my worth and value is gone.

Why is fitness thought of as a remedy for unhappiness? Why does it often become a substitute for friendship, or the only means of value one has? Why is this ideology so strongly embedded in our society?

Yes, exercising is good for health. It helps us to feel better physically and emotionally. Getting our endorphins released and having our metabolisms sped up is helpful for many things! As a biologist, nutritionist, and fitness professional, I see these benefits clearly. I encourage every single client and friend of mine to be active.

With that said, I strongly dislike the fact that the gym can be used as a substitute for personal awareness, mindfulness, and self-understanding.

How do you feel when you don’t go to the gym? How about when you “fall short” and don’t push yourself beyond your physical limits? Do you feel unworthy? Do you feel like you’re losing yourself and your identity?

If you answer “yes”, now is a critical moment for you to realize that self-worth, self-value, self-identity, self-power and self-strength needs to be found within one’s self.

It is not given to us for free.

It is not miraculously appearing in front of your eyes.

It does not land on your lap out of nowhere.

It is not a magic pill, nor a magic moment.

It is not a sparkly angel coming down from the sky.

It is none of these!

It is countless hours of self-work.

It is finally coming to the realization of where you are.

It is a frustrating trudge through trial after trial.

It is a limitless list of affirmations repeated over and over.

It is a mind blowing, eye-opening, and shocking moment of self-truth.

It is an emotional spiral between YOU-the-Best and YOU-the-Worst.

It is a powerless feeling when you become vulnerable.

It is a transformation that doesn’t happen overnight….in fact, you might not even know it’s happening!

It is a love that you need to surround your most sensitive inner-child with.

It is the compassion you need to find and create.

It is the painful memories you need to face to move forward and grow.

It takes the present moment to realize who you really are.

It is that time you need to spend with yourself, and only YOURSELF, to find happiness and self-belief. It is during this time that we can find self-validation, confidence, self-worth, value, acceptance, compassion, respect, and love. These enormous treasures of energy and power are within you.

YOU are NOT your worst enemy. YOU ARE YOUR BIGGEST FRIEND, SUPPORTER and ALLY!!!

You got this beYOUtiful! ❤

Izabelka’s Transformation

❤❤❤

I am Izabela, you may know me…. I was born in March 2011, I am 7 years old.

Admitting that I needed psychological help in order to help not your marriage but yourself, was a huge step into my inner transformation. Yes, 30 years old woman needed to bury herself in order for another woman to be born!

I don’t remember much from my childhood, block it somehow and maybe it’s good, maybe not…. I never made serious decisions based on my own feelings and opinions until March 2011… I was a living, breathing and existing creature, fulfilling others wishes and expectations all my life…being a zombie, walking and not even knowing where I am going!!!

The only changes in my life which created the WOMAN I am now, happened very randomly, almost like an explosion after which you shake your head of the dust and realize you are in totally different world. My dad threw me into the water expecting I will learn how to swim, and it never happened, I don’t know how to swim. However, life threw me into way deeper water than that one, to the lowest rock bottom I could ever imagine it exist and what happened surprisingly, I had to swim, I had to get up, I had to shake my head of the dust and see the new world!!!!

The decision about buying a one-way ticket for my ex-husband and divorcing him was the best ever. The decision of quitting my scientific very-well paid job was a life changing. The decision about hiring trainer and life coach after my heart attack was the biggest awakening. All of them built were the foundation of different transformations for myself.

First one created the woman who realized that she is beautiful, strong, sexy, independent, powerful, loving and deserving to be loved, to be treated with respect!

Second allowed me to understand that I am extremely smart, talented, educated, intelligent, hard-working and can make anything I think of to work.

Third opened my eyes on the beauty I carry in my body, in my heart and soul, realizing how important is it to take care of myself first before serving others. How life choices create the life we live in. How regrets do not exist, how life lessons are empowering and how failure is an actually a grand opening to better options.

Fourth…. yes, there is forth moment of awakening. NOW!!! The moment I realized I can help, I can give and I can change lives of so many people around me by the person I am and what I have to offer…that was a huge blast! I have a plan, LIFE HUGE PLAN of creating a space and a community to help those who seek help, who suffer from abuse, from depression, from lack of motivation and life purpose, from lack of self-being and show them that there is a fantastic powerful SELF-LOVE out there, that each of us can create a magic, create amazing things in this live.

Who told you that you cannot? Your dad? Your Aunt? Or husband? Maybe co-worker or boss?

NOBODY CAN TELL YOU WHAT YOU CAN AND WHAT YOU CAN NOT DO – only you create the reality you live in, the happiness you live with, the magic you surround yourself with!!!!!

YOU got this beYOUtiful!!!! ❤
