What does self-discovery mean to you?

[this entire text is an excerpt from my book “The True Identity” which is going to be released this Summer, 2018 – stay tuned here]

I would like to tell you that you are on the journey to the world of yourself every single day. It is a beautiful journey of self-discovery. The journey when you get to see what your true potential, power, strength, and identity is.

What does the self-discovery actually mean to you?

Have you thought of it for a minute?

Self-discovery to me is the realization of who I am and why I am.

It is the deep feeling of my own value, beauty, and worthiness without questioning it.

It is the moment when external approvals and validations are not needed anymore because all that I need I can give it to myself.

Self-discovery for me is reconnecting with deep roots of my being, with my Inner Child and all that she needs and feels.

It is the magical moment of being present, recognizing my body’s and soul’s desires and acting on them.

It is being in alignment, peace and flow with the nature of my true identity.

It sounds deep and very poetical. You may ask, do you truly believe that, Izabela? Is this just a metaphor or a real feeling? Who actually can achieve that state of mind, body, and soul?

My answer is clear, yes, I do believe in what I wrote. Moreover, I do believe even more that you truly can accomplish this state, too.

We choose every day what we want to do, how we want to act, and who we want to feel like. You can choose differently every day.

You can choose to feel peaceful, worthy and beautiful. You also can choose to feel tired, unworthy, and not enough.

You can totally go out to the world choosing to be confident and expensive or hide away from your true voice.

You can choose to be playful, joyful and happy that day, or miserable, disappointed and angry.

You can have fun with even the most unbearable task, choosing to act upon your intuition and self-trust, being in flow with your core values, what you want to create and how you want to feel. Or you can choose to drag it over days and weeks, make yourself sick and reject everyone around you, or block any ways to solve the problems by seeing the only negative outcome.

I could list the life scenarios like that over and over.

We all got the same life, the same time and the same free will and right to choose. It is a powerful tool which you are holding in your hands right now and every moment!

It is your choice every single day.

It is your choice to choose differently.

It is your choice to keep discovering yourself every day!

Your Mantras:

I can choose differently every day.

I choose happiness, joy, and playfulness.

I choose worthiness.

I chose to be confident and beautiful today.

I choose ____________.

Once upon a time…… – the childhood memories of mine!

*** What made you happy when you were a kid? Find out and do that now. Seriously, go. Now.  ***

Someone recently said that whatever you were doing, effortlessly and joyfully, as a kid, that might be the clue to who you really are, who you want to be and what you truly want to do in your life. That could be your true passion!

Finding passion is not an active act of searching for, scrolling down million of pages, stalking others and copying the most successful person. Passion is something what you were born with, what you innately have within you and the only action you need to make now is to tap inside of you, listen and follow it.

But the question many of us have is how to do that?

My first response to that question is by simply giving yourself space and time to silence yourself, listen to that voice within you, feel and see what sparks you up.

However, to help you out little more, I would love to share this story with you.

As a kid, little Izabelka, I loved sacred moments, space and rituals. My mom told me that praying, going to the church, reading books and chanting them in the little corner in the bedroom, while kneeling and creating a little ritual around it was my thing. I could spend the entire afternoon by simply being with myself and spiritual beings. Whom I was talking or chanting to, nobody knows. What I was feeling and experiencing, nobody knows as well. Not even me. But I definitely loved it.

In meantime, I was a very responsible person of others and myself. I took good care of my younger siblings already at age of 3. I was quiet and peaceful. I was extremely kind and super helpful. I was serving others until I saw their happiness and smile. Because their smile was giving me the smile on my own face.

Since I remember, I lived my life by the saying ‘treat others as you want to be treated, love others as you want to be loved, be kind to others as you want to be kindly perceived, be honest as you want others to be trustworthy.’

I was extremely smart and humble. I was sensing others feelings and was very quickly ready to help them. I was an empath and sympathizer. The hurt, unfairness, and abuse to others were hurting my heart, too.

I loved flowers so much! I loved candles. I had my own altar, too.

The more I look at that Little Girl, the more I understand my life passion and purpose now.

There is nothing else more beautiful, magical and enlightening to me than helping others. There is nothing more nurturing than seeing others beautiful souls blooming and expanding. There is nothing more joyful than creating the world changes I want to see at every corner of this planet. There is nothing more aligned with me than being kind and loving to every human being, no matter the circumstances. There is nothing more freeing than loving people just the way they are. Because everyone is good at heart, and I always believed that. I always saw that in everybody’s eyes, no matter how dark they appeared at first.

There is nothing more lighting me up than the true, real, raw, vulnerable, and authentic self. The true identity of all of you. The one we innately have within.

This how I discovered who I really want to be, how do I want to live my life and what makes my soul feel at best. The feeling of being aligned with my highest purpose and myself.

Who did you want to be when you were a child?

How did that manifest in your adult life?

What did you dream of?

Did you follow your passion?

How does that look like to you now?

How would that look like if you were to follow it?

There is something truly magical happening when we tap into the childhood memories and connect with the Inner Child. There are so many answers there. There is the entire guide book there for us, accessible at any time and for free!

How do you feel now?

I love you, beautiful soul!

I am HERE. I am NOW. I am ME. ❤

Celebrating as an act of self-care and self-love

When we think of CELEBRATION, the first thing coming up to our mind is the party for a friend or a family member who is at the important moment of their life or accomplished something amazing. We want to be with them to show them how proud of them and happy for them we are and cheer them on their path to the next level in their lives. Celebrations are always associated with joy, happiness, and fun, pride and accomplishment, success and breakthrough. That moments are always full of love, playfulness, lightness, creativity, laughter, amazement and beautiful things.

However, when I asked the question of what CELEBRATING YOURSELF means to you, there is a prolonged thinking, a break in the conversation, very curious eye expression and hesitation in the body. There is no straight answer, there is a missing answer or simply no answer at all. There is a difficulty in defining what that phrase could mean to that particular person or in general.

Why CELEBRATING YOURSELF creates so many doubts, hesitations and lack of ideas? Why is that actually something either weird or wrong? Why someone wouldn’t find time to do that for themselves?

“Every day should be a holiday to celebrate love.”

You celebrate others because you love them and want to show that love to them. You will find time to be for them no matter what, even if it is for just a while. You will shuffle things on your schedule to find a slot for the celebration of your friend and loved ones. You will be creative to find the perfect gift, prepare some food to share with others and dress nicely and festive. Would you do that? The answer is usually YES.

Do you love yourself?

Do you matter to yourself?

Are you worth some time of your schedule to get a break?

Would you like to get yourself a gift in any form?

Would you like to feel festive, loved, playful, joyful and creative?

The answer to those questions are the ones I would like you to give yourself today!

The simplest conclusion to help you out would be: You are love, you are loved and you are loveable. It is you who needs to see that the person you need to love the most is yourself. That person deserves celebration the same, or even more, as your friends deserve it, too. You matter to yourself the most and you should be the priority to yourself as well.

“I celebrate my accomplishments, no matter how small.”

“I celebrate my every tiny victory”

It is very important to understand the concept that celebration and appreciation start with tiny things in a daily life. It starts with being happy and joyful about the little victory, proud and festive about the little accomplishment, and playful and creative with the little achievements. It literally starts with being happy about choosing the smile in the morning rather than feeling miserable. It is to be celebrating the $5 gift card rather than wishing to have more money. It is about giving yourself space and time in the super busy schedule instead of projecting tiredness onto others.

It is your job to choose those little moments and things in your everyday life and create beautiful practices to celebrate them.

“The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.” – Oprah Winfrey

The more you will celebrate those tiny things, the more of those tiny things will show up in your life. The more of those will show up, the more abundant and expanded your life will become. And then more will be to celebrate, Yeay! I touched on that topic more here. It is a simple, yet powerful concept to embrace and start utilizing.

“What you celebrate, expands.” – Danielle LaPorte

“Until further notice, celebrate everything.”

“Toss some confetti in the air and celebrate.”

So today I invite you to create a list of things you could do to celebrate yourself. Write down, without much thinking, without any judgment and obstacles, all ideas which are coming up on how you could possibly celebrate yourself. What would you do for yourself to feel festive, proud, happy, joyful, rested, creative, accomplished, and light? What would spark your day? What would give you the feeling of accomplishment and motivate you to create more of it?

What I found out, many of you start with big things on the list like a day off, or a trip somewhere, or expensive clothes and then you get discouraged because you can’t do that, or it’s simply not possible. No. I ask you to create a list of small and joyful things such getting yourself flowers or candle, going for a midnight walk, getting the lunch by yourself while journaling. Whatever it is, make it pleasurable and manageable on a daily basis.

I give the six amazing ideas for every single of you to start using today in this video here. I went there with a really juicy content and you may want to listen till the end when I am giving the most beautiful, and brave at the same time, activity to celebrate yourself in the deepest way possible.

I encourage you to add some time to celebrate yourself because then that person who is YOU will feel very motivated, powerful and unlimited in creating of more in the life to be happy about, every single day!

I am HERE. I am NOW. I am ME. ❤

I am not enough! I am unworthy! I hate myself. IS THAT YOU?

I am happy for you today, though!

WHY? Hear me up!

As a beYOUtiful coach, I help women committed to finishing their struggle with any relationships in their lives; the romantic ones, the job-related ones, the family ones and the most important one, the relationship with themselves and their bodies.

I work with women who:

  • Don’t believe in themselves
  • Lost their worthiness
  • Feel that they are not enough
  • Are feeling tired of pleasing others
  • The worry of what others will say
  • Are afraid of judgment and rejection
  • Are feeling lost in their own lives
  • Have no clue who they are
  • Have no idea what they want to do
  • Can’t imagine how to move on
  • Are struggling with self-hate and self-love
  • Who has fear of not being loved
  • Have enough of the situation they are in
  • Who can’t imagine they may be successful.

Is this YOU?

When I started seeing that women who reached out to me were seeking the freedom, the lightness and alignment with themselves, feeling totally lost, miserable and stuck in their recent lives, I couldn’t help but interact with them.

I couldn’t help but hear their deep cries!

I wanted to find out what makes a woman, so many of us, feel unworthy, not enough, with no energy, drive, and motivation, despite the fact that every single of you could tell me today your dreams.

What makes you feel hateful towards yourself?

Why don’t you like your body, your actions, yourself?

Why don’t you see who you are?

Why don’t you believe you could write a book, run a company, have a loving partner and family, be happy as a single woman, or have plenty of non-toxic friends?

I hear you telling me:

  • ‘I hate myself, I can’t see myself in the mirror’
  • ‘I hate my body and how I look like’
  • ‘I can’t possibly do that’
  • ‘I am not enough’
  • ‘I never could do that so what does it make you feel I could now?’
  • ‘I am not smart enough’
  • ‘I don’t have resources to start up my business’
  • ‘I always date bad guys’
  • ‘I am not meant to have a family’
  • ‘My parents told me that I will never succeed’
  • ‘I am not confident at all and never will be’
  • ‘There is no way anybody can see me as attractive’
  • ‘I dieted all my life, I hate my body for what it does and how does it look like’
  • ‘I am so ashamed of myself’
  • ‘I can’t get naked in front of my partner’
  • ‘How can I love myself?’
  • ‘I never knew who I am actually’
  • ‘I need to always take care of others first and I have no time for myself’
  • ‘I don’t deserve that’
  • ‘I was always told to not be seen or speak up’.

I hear you!

I feel your pain!

I see your situation!

I imagine the struggle!

I am sad seeing the enormous beauty in every single of you, yet you hate herself.

I am sad seeing the strength in you, yet you feel totally weak.

I am sad seeing the opportunities for you, yet you don’t believe in yourself.

I am sad seeing the attractiveness in you, yet you feel unworthy of love.

I am heartbroken seeing you being stuck in the life you don’t even know how it happened.

I am sad because I know how that feels; being lost, self-hateful, heart-broken, abused and used, and not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. It didn’t feel freeing at all. It didn’t feel empowering at all. It didn’t feel like there is anything in this life for me.

However, I am happy because I freaking know how much energy, power, strength, drive, and motivation you have.

I am happy because I know deep inside you are simply done with being where you are.

I am happy because I see the spark inside of you which just waits to be ignited.

I am happy because I know you are READY NOW!

I am happy because I know there is a way out for you!

There is the way out!!!!

This is your deepest SELF simply talking to you NOW.

This is the message from the Spirits, Divine, Universe and all Gods just for YOU!

beYOUtiful lady, you are ready!!!

Type “I am ready” and let’s rock this new life together!

You got this beYOUtiful! ❤

P.S. beYOUtiful is ‘cooking’ something behind the scene. Her scientific mindset creeps in and she is so eager to experiment, create some mysterious mixtures and magical nectars. The vibrations in her ‘lab’ are powerful. The outcomes seem to be more and more beautiful. The mission is to bring to the surface unbelievable colors of the matter which is called ‘The True Identity’.

What is going on in there?

What’s behind the scene?

The energy created by the high vibrations of preparing something so beautiful and gentle, powerful and free, is giving me the biggest joy, I have ever experienced.

The list of things-to-do and things- NOT-to-do

The phenomenon of lists of things-to-do is quite interesting.

As adults, we create lists, schedules, calendars, bucket lists and maybe even more so we feel in control of our lives. The notes, post-its, and notebooks piled up on our desk reminding us every single morning what we are here to do. The notifications on our phones or computers pop up constantly so we are not drawn to other activities. Once all of it shows up as soon as we wake up, the only thing we want to do is run away.

But wait a minute, do you want to run away from this precisely, well organized and super controlled system you have created for yourself? Doesn’t that sound ridiculous? Shouldn’t that be the system you truly want in your life?

It seems it’s not. It definitely feels heavy, overwhelming, and frustrating. As soon as we see all of those calendars on the desk and hear the millionth notification on our phone, we get anxious and stressed. The stress level rises up quickly, so by mid-day, we are a bundle of nervousness.

Does that sound like you? Does that resonate with you at all?

What does it take an adult to start creating the lists of things NOT-TO-DO? To be able to slow down, space out, take it easy and trust that things will be done anyway?

Have you ever considered creating such a list? Why not?

The idea came from the most intuitive human being on this planet, which is a child.

Ok, Izabela, what do you mean a child?

I mean that children are the most intuitive human beings on this planet. They dream big, they don’t plan and they don’t overstress. And somehow things get done for them in the most appropriate time, with great results. And I am not talking about the fact that you, adults, help them with things, restrict them from performing the way they want, limit their abilities and create the stories which are not theirs. If you would ever let the kid create, play, and do things they want, they would come up with such ideas, amazing stories and unlimited dreams, which they would truly believe they can accomplish.

If we would ever be able to come back to that mindset and start leading with our intuition, the life would be easier. If we would ever allow ourselves to play, enjoy and take a pride in every single accomplishment, the life would be so loving. If we would ever start dreaming big again, there would be so many magical things happening in this world.

In kid’s world, there are no limits or fears. There is curiosity, trial, and desire. There is questioning of everything so the next step can be taken with full awareness. There is that wonderment which allows them to walk towards their dreams until they are stopped by ‘you can’t do this’. Then they meet the ‘adult reality’, full of stress, control, limitations and misery with themselves.

Why can’t we simply smile, love and be curious as kids are?

Why can’t we simply create lists of things not-to-do EVER?

What would that list look like for you today?

The letter to my gift and my life purpose

Dear gift,

I haven’t had any clue for a long time what is my life purpose, what is my gift!

I haven’t had any idea why I am here.

So many times, I wanted to disappear and just leave this life.

But also, so many times I got back,

to the present moment,

to the awareness of my mission,

to the unknown life purpose,

to that, someone wanting or needing me to be.

The unclear mission, blurry life purpose, questionable gift, and the unknown path.

Asking so many times….

Why me? What for? What is there? Who am I? how do I do it? When is my time? What is it? Where should I be? How should I show up? How could I serve? How could I see that I am meant to be here?

Am I?

Today I sit and all I know is

that I am the one in seven billion,

that I am unique,

that there are nothing and nobody like me,

that I am loved, that I am supported,

that I do care about my soul,

that I do care about your soul.

Today I know there is a wonderland and wonderment where we all belong.

I know that my life wisdom, experiences, and lessons are my true gift, which is seen as soon as I stop hiding, putting the mask on and speak up.

That’s the moment when I feel I have a gift – the gift of a true identity seeker, uncovering something that was brutally kicked into the corner – myself and yourself!

My mission is to show every single woman that she is not who she is now, that she is not who she should be or other told her to be.

However, there is a danger warning here;

Once you uncover who you truly are, real things happen and huge changes are coming – the changes which are dangerous to everyone around you, especially those you were trying to please, make happy, or those who were trying to make you small.

My gift is to create the earthquake in your life,

My gift is to initiate the tsunami in your mind,

My gift is to extend the storm in your soul,

My gift is to ignite the fire in your heart,

My gift is to open the valve to flood your potentials with the unlimited energy.

My gift is to change the way you see, hear, smell, taste, feel and sense anything in your life, including yourself. Because I can see the person you are hiding behind.

And if I can see her, that means she exists!

That means she better come out for the highest good of this life, for the highest good of her life!

Dear gift,

Serve me well so I can create that explosion in every women’s hearts so they can become finally who they really are!!

Love you beYOUtiful ❤

Letter to my Inner Child

Dear Izabelka,

Dear my beloved Inner Child,

I wanted to start with the words of apologies and then words of appreciation!

I want to apologize for abandoning you for all my life.

I want to apologize for not hearing your voice, your scream and begging to be saved, protected and loved.

I want to apologize, from the depth of my heart, for not seeing your innocent beauty.

I want to apologize for being blind and deaf to your presence.

I want to apologize and beg for your forgiveness today.

Because today I realized how scared you’ve been. I can see how lonely you’ve been all the life despite me being so close. I know I left you behind, like the most cold-hearted person, and refused to listen, hear and feel you. I admit that I lived as a one-minded person who tried all her life to dismiss the deepest emotions of yours. I am aware of how zombie-like life I was creating without incorporating you in it. I apologize Izabelka.

I am so grateful that you are still with me.

I am so grateful that I came back home and recognized your presence.

I am so appreciative for reuniting with the biggest love of mine, you.

I am so happy I could see how scared you were and provide you with safety, we both so needed.

I am thankful to see how much you’ve been craving love and start giving it to both of us.

I am so happy you are with me!

You are the bravest and the strongest woman I have ever met!

How wonderful is that to share the life, love, magic and the beauty with you!

I love you to the moon and back! ❤

I promise to never ever leave you alone.

I promise to never ever leave you unprotected and insecure.

I promise to never ever leave you unloved.

Yours forever,

Izabela

‘I just want to tell you that you are safe.’ as soon as I said that, she hugged me again on my hips and I could hear her little and quick breath of relief. Her body relaxed and she kept holding onto me. It appeared to me as she wanted to stay with me. So, I decided to be there just for her. ‘You are safe’.  She repeated ‘I am safe, I am safe, I am safe.’

[excerpt from my book “True Identity” – Summer 2018]

The wonderful power of “yes”

The movie I am about to share is called “Yes man” with Jim Carrey. Yes, it is a comedy.

How funny is that that I usually don’t watch comedies, especially American comedies, because as a foreigner many times I found myself frustrated not knowing what they are joking about or simply not understanding this type of humor. However, as part of the Valentine’s Day promise to myself that I want to spend it with a free spirit, totally joyful and playful, we decided to watch this comedy.

The movie was funny and powerful at the same time. I am not going to elaborate on the story or jokes. I would love to, however, bring attention to the lessons and conclusions I took from it and I found very magical. I want to deliver them to you so they can empower you as they did for me!

How does saying ‘no’ play a role in our life?

We say ‘no’ to the friend’s wedding invitations, we say ‘no’ to the stranger on the street needing help, we say ‘no’, I don’t have time, to the spouse or kids, we say ‘no’ to ourselves a million times a day. Am I wrong? If yes, please comment below and call me out on that! I’ll take it!

How does saying ‘yes’ to the opportunities in your life play a role for you?

I bet, there are many opportunities in your life such changing the job, quitting smoking, deciding on healthier food choices, breaking up with the toxic relationship, publishing a book, opening a business you dream about, saying ‘I love you”, or becoming a happier and funnier person. How many of those have you literally overlooked, or intentionally missed, or simply said ‘no’ to?

Again, I am 100% confident, that you did, and most likely to many of those. They showed up in your life, your intuition told you to go for it, and your fearful mindset just blew the chance out! How do you feel about it? Fulfilled? Happy? Empowered? Or maybe like a loser? Or hopeless?

That movie showed with simple life stories what is the life of constant ‘no’ to the living versus a life with ‘yes’ to the opportunities. And, at the same time as in the movie, there is a limit of saying ‘no’ or ‘yes’ to the situations or people. We are constantly reminded of the fact that we need to learn how to say ’no’ to so many things, events, and people in order to protect our time, energy and boundaries. However, we are never told that the word ‘yes’ is as powerful as it can be in its own meaning.

The moment you say ‘yes’ to the opportunity, it is like putting the key in the lock and twisting it. Suddenly the door squeak and release showing you just a little hole to peak through it. That little space to look through gives you the image of a totally different view, just like in The Secret Garden movie.

Don’t you want to go there and explore? Aren’t you curious what your life might bring once you give it a chance?

I can’t express more how exciting it is to say ‘yes’ to the opportunity, which may seem super scary at first, but how wonderfully inviting it is to the eyes of those who commit.

Don’t be a loser! Don’t give up on your dreams.

Don’t regret that you didn’t say ‘yes’ to the possibilities which your life presented you today!!!

You got this beYOUtiful! ❤

The letter to my body

Dear Body,

I want to start with telling you how sorry I am for who I was to you throughout last 36 years of our life.

I am sorry for seeing you as a shame, not wanting to even look at you in the mirror.

I am sorry for seeing you as fat after giving you only a little salad or stuffing you with only coffee the whole day.

I am sorry for expecting you to not be swollen, itchy or yellow-skinned after feeding you with sugar loaded crap and processed food.

I am sorry for always wanting to exchange you for something better than you were.

I am sorry for putting you through the pain of constant starvation, dieting, and purging.

I am sorry for not recognizing how amazingly you worked for me every single day without any injuries and major health issues.

I am sorry for not being content with you even after the super heavy workout routine, which didn’t leave you happy at all.

I am sorry for being disgusted by you.

I am sorry for hurting you physically.

I am sorry for using you in ways I feel ashamed of now.

I am sorry for feeling only negative emotions towards you.

I am sorry for always seeing other bodies better than you.

I am sorry for crying as soon as I saw you naked, not happy about what I saw.

I am sorry that I made myself so unhappy in you.

I am sorry for hurting you so deeply despite the love you gave me since I was born.

I am sorry…

and these apologies are the hardest I have ever expressed.

However, the appreciation I have today for you is unlimited.

The promise I have for you today is going to change everything.

I always wanted to be loved! You loved me unconditionally all the time.

I never did.

The promise is that….

I love you and will always do!!!!
